Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the product and we will issue you with a credit note for the price you paid for the item. The credit note could be utilized for your future purchases. The same applies if you wish to cancel your order. In the case of defective or wrong products, you can just inform us (no need to return the defective or wrong item to us) and we will replace it for you.
